N & N completed the Watersheet Master Plan design for the project located adjacent to the World Trade Center and the Institute of Contemporary Art. N & N assisted New England Development and Arrowstreet in developing plans and meeting the regulatory requirements for city and state licensing. As part of the 1 million sf hotel, housing, retail and civic/cultural development, the watersheet components include “Water Commons”; a water taxi landing, fishing facilities, visiting ship berths, and short term marina slips. The project provides over 62,700 sf of water dependent uses for compliance with the Municipal Harbor Plan.
